  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar raw, unfiltered

  • 1 tsp honey optional, for sweetness

Instructions

  • Bring 1 cup of filtered water to a gentle boil in your teapot or saucepan.
  • Steep the green tea bag or loose-leaf tea for 3-4 minutes.
  • While the tea is steeping, juice half a lemon and grate the fresh ginger.
  • Pour the brewed green tea into a large mug or glass.
  • Add the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, grated ginger, and optional honey.
  • Stir gently to combine, let sit for a minute, and enjoy warm or over ice!
